Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in guiding and executing commercial strategies for our clients' brands. This individual will support in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies and tactics, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. The role entails managing holistic client projects and leveraging a profound industry knowledge to foster impactful marketing programs and initiatives. This Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Client Excellence.

  • Seamlessly orchestrate client projects from the drawing board to the real world, ensuring every priority is not just met, but exceeded
  • Actively engage in client meetings with a keen ear for understanding their needs and internal dynamics, and propose innovative ideas and informed recommendations
  • Ensure client/agency alignment and follow up promptly with next steps and roles/responsibilities to ensure a seamless transition from planning to action
  • Champion project strategies with a blend of speed, efficiency, and an appetite for challenges, driving ridiculous results
  • Serve as the key liaison, representing our clients' brands within their team
  • Strategically steer project journeys, from the anticipation of pre-launch to the excitement of launch, and maintaining momentum post-launch
  • Craft and lead integrated KOL marketing strategies, driven by our thirst for knowledge and commitment to excellence
  • Ensure flawless collaboration between client teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, every time
  • Elevate our team's expertise with dynamic training, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and knowledge
  • Manage and develop direct reports, nurturing a culture of gratitude and teamwork, developing talent with the wisdom that we’re all in this together

  • Support client financial review and oversight for proper financial invoicing and management through meticulous financial review processes, including billing time sheets, project allocation hours, and reporting
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing department or marketing agency for healthcare pharmaceutical or medical device companies
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience building and managing successful teams
  • Flexibility to work nonstandard hours, travel to client and company meetings (average two trips per month)
  • Preferred location in Eastern or Central time zone

Starting base Salary Range for the: $72,000-$98,000 based on experience and qualifications plus performance-based bonuses.
